The conference registration fee includes access to the web portal of the on-line professional conference for 1 year.

During this time, each registered participant gets the opportunity to view the record of the conference, presentations, virtual discussions and all documentation.

Once the reservation has been made correctly, you will receive the appropriate payment instructions to the e-mail address provided. Conference fee can be paid by bank transfer. Please pay within 14 working days of the deposit invoice, if the payment is not recieved, the registration is invalid.

Beginning with a 3rd participant an organisation receives a relevant registration fee – 10% discount.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS: Once the reservation has been made correctly, you will receive the appropriate payment instructions to the e-mail address provided. Conference fee can be paid by bank transfer. Please pay within 14 working days of the deposit invoice, if the payment is not recieved, the registration is invalid.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that we only accept free cancellation of your registration in writing/by e-mail, no later than 30 working days before the start of the conference. If the registration of participation in the conference is cancelled within 3 working days (i.e. between the 29th working day and the 3rd working day) until the beginning of the conference, the cancellation is 50% of the total amount. Less than 2 working days before the start of the conference ,100% of the paid fee will be charged.
